All published rates have been discounted 3% for those choosing to pay cash. Please add 3% to the rates to determine full rate. Please add 13.625% NJ State Hotel/Motel tax to published rates.
Deposit: With a personal check or money order at the cash rate in order to secure reservations. 1 to 4 night reservations require a one night deposit. Five nights or longer require a 2 or 3 night deposit. A 50% deposit is required for Type D, E & E+ units. Deposits must be received within 7 days.
Payment: Your BALANCE is due upon arrival and is payable in CASH, MONEY ORDER or CERTIFIED CHECK at the already 3% cash discounted rate. Major credit cards are welcomed at the full rate. RESERVATION HELD UNTIL 6:00 PM unless otherwise notified.
